About the project

EXHIBIT No. 0001 · WALL TEXT

Nodesin is a cloud workflow automation platform that lets you connect apps, APIs, databases, webhooks, schedules, and AI into workflows that perform real work automatically.

Build workflows visually on a canvas and connect each step to create anything from simple automations to complex business processes. Start a workflow from a webhook, schedule, or application event, process and transform data, call external APIs, read or write database records, send information to other services, and use AI when a workflow needs reasoning or intelligent data processing.

Nodesin supports workflows that can span multiple systems and services. Connect the tools your business already uses, move data between them, add conditions and logic, and create automated processes that continue running in the cloud without requiring you to manually execute them.

AI can be part of the workflow rather than a separate tool. Add AI steps where they are useful, pass information from previous nodes into an AI model, and allow AI steps to work with your own connected tools and data. This makes it possible to build workflows that can interpret information, make decisions, generate content, classify data, or help determine what happens next.

Nodesin is also designed to make automation easier to understand. As workflows become larger and more complex, it can become difficult to know what actually happened inside an automation. Nodesin keeps the individual steps inspectable instead of hiding the execution behind a black box.

For every execution, you can inspect what each node received, what it returned, and how it was executed. Review execution history, follow data as it moves through the workflow, identify failed steps, and understand exactly where a problem occurred. Execution details and costs give you additional visibility into what your workflows are doing and how resources are being used.

This visibility makes workflows easier to build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain. Instead of guessing why an automation failed or what data was passed between systems, you can inspect the actual execution and see what happened at each step.

Use Nodesin for simple tasks such as sending notifications, synchronizing records, processing form submissions, or moving data between applications. Or build larger processes that connect multiple services, databases, APIs, business systems, and AI steps into a single automated workflow.

You can create workflows that respond to events, run on schedules, process incoming data, communicate with external services, update databases, trigger actions in other applications, and coordinate multiple steps without manual intervention.

Once your workflow is ready, Nodesin runs it in the cloud and keeps a record of its executions. You can return to previous runs, inspect individual nodes, review inputs and outputs, and understand the complete path an execution took.

Nodesin gives you both the flexibility to automate across different systems and the visibility to understand what your automation is actually doing.

Build the workflow. Connect the systems. Let it run. And when you need to know what happened, look inside every step.
